We, Cloudvue, a division of JOHNSON CONTROLS NORTH AMERICA PRODUCTS, LLC (the “Manufacturer”) pursuant to Section 9(2) of the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure Act 2022, confirm that the applicable Cloudvue SaaS platform, C2C cameras and Gateways are made available in the UK market have complied with the applicable security requirements set out in Schedule 1 of the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.

The Manufacturer is committed to technical support of security vulnerabilities as required by the regulation.
